It's either Rachel needing repeated confirmation that Finn loves her, or Finn spending a lot of money (where the money=dreams) to make Rachel happy. Oh, and Kurt takes one, so that leaves Rach with Unlucky Number Thirteen.
Oh, and Finn's proposal for their life in California is pretty solid.
