I would also really love to see your headcanons for crossover ships, friendships, and enemies. For example, if we crossedover Glee with Community, I would want to get Puck and Troy together as BFFs. Or if it was AvengersxGlee, Burt and Coulson could be hilarious enemies. Or in a Game of Thrones crossover, I'd ship Loras/Renly/Blaine. LOL.

I'm stuck on a scene I'm writing so I'll play!

Okay, Glee/Firefly! (This is meant to be silly, not serious, no offense intended; I love all the cast, even Mr. Schue)

Puck gets into an argument with Jayne about who has the biggest guns until Jayne pulls out Vera and Puck realizes he isn't talking about his arms. They compliment each other on their cunning hats. Puck then hooks up with Kaylee, several times.

Brittany immediately recognizes River as a fellow unicorn, and she, River, and Kurt hang out having bizarre existential conversations until Kurt gets bored and tries to give River a makeover. That goes about as well as you'd expect. Several of Kurt's scarves are casualties. Mike joins them sometimes because River likes how he moves and that he's quiet.

Mr. Schuester tries to be friends with Mal, but Mal loathes everything about him. Especially his sweater vests.

Rachel is bitterly jealous of Inara and tries to flirt with Mal, but everyone ignores her.

Sam and Mercedes and Joe hang out with Shepherd Book and talk theology. It gets pretty intense.

Santana, Blaine, and Simon go drinking together. Santana gets bored when Blaine and Simon end up making out and forget she's there. Blaine finds Kurt and they have a threesome that leaves Simon, once more, questioning his sanity.

Finn gets lost on the ship and it takes everyone days to find him. It's Kaylee and Kurt who finally do.

Wash hangs with Artie on the bridge and teaches him how to pilot Serenity. Artie is awesome at it. Mercedes comes to the bridge and just watches them.

Zoe helps Tina to fully realize how fierce she is and teaches her all about guns. Mike is besotted with Tina's warrior woman makeover.

Quinn spends time with Inara and comes to realize that true beauty isn't a goal or a crown but a whole manner of being.

Emma spends several days in bed with Inara and works through much of her sex-related anxiety. Also they drink a lot of tea.

Sue tries to take over the ship. Mal locks her in an airlock.

Sebastian hits on Jayne and gets punched in the face really hard. Jayne and Beiste go drinking & gambling and wake up together the next morning in a horse barn wearing Mexican ponchos, sporting tattoos of each others names, and with little memory of the night before.

I don't have any immediate ideas for Sugar, Rory, Becky, Roz, or Figgins. Perhaps they are waylaid by the authorities and don't make it on the journey.

I love everything about the Brittany&River&Kurt&Mike section. I want to see River and Mike dance together.

Sugar struggles with the fact that no one is paying attention to her. Figgins is uncomfortable with crime and tattles on the crew, and they're in a tough spot until Sugar bribes the authorities to let them all go. Everyone appreciates it, and Jayne starts following her around trying to figure out how much money she actually has and how to get some of it. But she's still mad at him for calling Becky Moonbrain and making fun of the way Rory talks. Roz does an impassioned but bitchy and kind of offensive speech about difference and inclusion, and most of it goes over Jayne's head but he gets the general idea. Mal threatens to lock Figgins in the cargo hold for the rest of the trip until he promises that he won't tell on them as long as they don't let him know when the jobs are legal and when they're not. He has a talk with Book about alternative moralities. Roz learns to snipe, Becky becomes an awesome spy who no one ever suspects, and Rory mostly walks around thinking everything is amazing.

I read that outloud to my girlfriend, who's a huge Firefly fan and tolerates Glee, and is generally skeptical of crossovers, and she could not stop laughing and loved it. You're awesome!
