Here is my partner's description the other day of what he thinks will happen:

Sebastian was in the car that hit Quinn, and Sebastian and Quinn both die. The whole episode is them at the Pearly Gates competing for who has to stay dead and who gets to live. They compete in the form of a sing-off. Sebastian wins and goes back to Earth, and goes about cutting off people's heads. Because There Can Be Only One. And Quinn stays in Heaven and sings with a pink dog about wanting to be surprised. The End.

Quinn'll be in a wheelchair, though whether or not that will be permanent I have no idea. I also think the clip of Rachel turning around in the promo for On My Way will be used in the next episode. I reckon the wedding will probably be interrupted by news of Quinn being in hospital.

And then Rachel will realise she and Quinn are in love and they will make lady babies and live happily ever after I apologise, the shipper escaped from her cage again.

I'm pretty sure that a still from 3.17 is floating around, and Quinn's in a wheelchair sitting next to Artie. So it'll be a bit at least.

shippers are cool, so long as there's no ship to ship combat. I think. That's the impression I got anyways
